Chris Hoy
Hoy shall attempt to beat the Kilo World Record later this year in Bolivia

Chris Hoy will be riding the kilo event in Manchester as part of his preparation for the world championships and his tilt at Arnaud Tournant’s world record in Bolivia in May. Wiggins’s entry surprised many people but the Londoner has been treating his preparation for the individual pursuit very seriously and renews his rivalry with McGee on the track with both favourites to make it to a nail biting final on Friday night.

German sprinter Nimke will feature in the sprint, Keirin and team sprint.

Tickets are still available for the event. Full details can be found on www.worldtrackcycling.com which includes a link directly to the Ticketmaster event page or you can call the dedicated ticket hotline on + 44 (0) 871 230 2621.
