City of Edinburgh riders Bruce Croall and Matt Haynes shared the honours in the Meadowbank GP Sprinters League after
rain once again affected the meeting in Edinburgh
Earlier in the day Haynes had topped the 200m TT times with 11.36s 0.01s quicker than Croall and the pair then proceeded to work their
way through the competition to make the final before the weather bought an end to the meeting and denied onlookers the
chance of a mouth-watering final between the pair
Gosforth RC rider Chris Bush took a fine victory in the BC Endurance League 15km Scratch race, beating Pedal Power's Kevin Barclay
and Chesterfield Courier's Martin Smith
