The qualification for the Individual Pursuit at the Moscow World Cup was dominated by British rider Rob Hayles
Rob braved the cold of the Moscow winter to record a time of 4min 23.032s to finish top of the standings, three seconds quicker than second placed Robert Barko of Germany
Russian Alexander Serov was third with Commonwealth Champion Paul Manning in fourth
Rob Hayles three seconds quicker than second placed Robert Bartko
Hayles will be the outstanding favourite for tonight's Final against Bartko, so lets hope that along with Manning in the Bronze medal final, and Victoria Pendleton riding the Sprint, that its a successful night for the UK
The Moscow World Cup continues until the 17th of December
