The tables were turned on a disappointing first day at the Moscow World Cup when the Recycling.co.uk quartet of Ed Clancy, Geraint Thomas, Chris Newton and Paul Manning took gold in the team pursuit
The team recorded a time of 4m 03.275s to take the gold medal ahead of Russia who finished in 4m 06.616s
There was also a fantastic result for the Great Britain junior team who finished fifth.
In the Men's Sprint competition Theo Bos broke the world record for the flying 200m TT when he recorded a time of 9.772 seconds

Theo beat British rider Craig MacLean in the Semi Final's and went on to beat Stefan Nimke of Germany in the final,
with MacLean taking the bronze from Maximillian Levy of Germany
In the Women's Individual Pursuit British duo Wendy Houvenaghel and Rebecca Romero topped the qualifying table and went
head-to-head the final, which Wendy won in 3m 39.443s.

In the Women's 500m TT Cuban youngster Lizandra Guerra recorded an impresive time of 34.336s to beat Natalia Tsylinskaya of Belarus.
Britain's Anna Blyth finished seventh in 35.714s
Mikhail Ignatiev of Russia took the Men's Points Race gold. Ross Sander and Chris Newton did not finish.
Netherlands duo Yvonne Hijgenaar and Willy Kanis took Women's Team Sprint gold in a time of 44.919s beating German's Diana Gloss and Christin Muche. Sandie Clair and Virginie Cueff of France took Bronze.
The Moscow World Cup continues until the 17th of December
