The Velodrome travelled to Stone, Staffordshire today and the home of Yellow Ltd to witness the unveiling of the new Pinarello Race Team
On a gorgeous spring day Andrew Collis, Kevin Dawson, Malcolm Elliot, Peter Kennaugh, Richard Prebble, Andrew Roche, Lee Cairns and Adrian Timmis were unveiled to around 50 guests
Joining Pinarello from Glendene is Peter Kennaugh, the Junior World Scratch Race Champion.
Kennaugh burst onto the scene in 2006 when he claimed victory in the Revolution Series 3 Future Stars competition and then went on to join the Great Britain Junior Development team and claim victory in the
Junior World Championships
The Isle of Man youngster is also joined by his countryman Andrew Roche from Team Murphy. Look out for an

Leaving Plowman Craven for Pinarello is veteran racer Malcolm Elliot, who's professional career has lasted from 1984 to 1997 when he retired and
then from 2003 up to the present day when he made his comeback in British
domestic racing.
Known as a very fast sprinter, his career highlights have
included winning two stages and the points jersey in the Vuelta a España,
he won two gold medals in the Commonwealth Games as well as winning the Tour of Britain stage
race in two forms, the amateur Milk Race and the professional version, the
Kellogs Tour. He rode and finished the Tour de France on two occasions (1987 and 1988).

Joining the team from Agisko Dart is multiple BBAR and one of Britain's most successful ever time triallists is Kevin Dawson.
In atrocious conditions, Dawson showed that he is fast developing as a Road rider by winning the 2006 Yorkshire Regional RR Champs.

2007 Northern Hardriders winner Richard Prebble also joins the team along with Andrew Collis, Lee Cairns and Adrian Timmis

The day also saw the Presentation of the new Pinarello XTrack Frame to British Cycling and the launch of new Clothing ranges from Assos and Giordana
