Quality
We use the highest quality output
devices and papers for our award-winning print service.
All small format photographic prints
are produced on Fuji Crystal Archive photographic paper and large
format are on Agfa professional photographic paper - both rated at
150 years fade resistance.
The quality of the small preview
image shown on the webpage is 15% quality of the actual image and
therefore not indicative of the final print, which is produced
from a higher resolution image.
Turnaround
Times
Small format print orders are usually
dispatched within fourteen days of your order being received.
Unfortunately we cannot accept
responsibility for delays by the Royal Mail. However, if after
twenty eight days after dispatch the order has not been received
we will re-print and redispatch at no cost to the customer. Longer
grace periods apply for international destinations.
Payment
The prices quoted on www.velodrome.org.uk/prices.html are
shown inclusive of VAT at 17.5% if your country is within the
European Union, otherwise prices are VAT exempt. If using our
service from the Channel Islands, please set your country to
"Channel Islands" rather than United Kingdom to benefit from VAT
exemption.
We accept payment from the following
sources: Cheque, Cash and PayPal.
Orders will not
be processed until full payment has been
cleared/received.
All orders are subject to Postage
Charges as items will be sent using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery
Service.
Refund
policy
In the
unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order then you
will receive a full refund.
If there is an error in fulfilment of your order then please
contact us and we will
correct the error or refund as necessary.
We reserve the right to request return
of print or gift items before a refund will be issued.
